A lovely hot July wedding in Alton, with about 70 guests during the day, and an additional 40 in the evening.
It all started with the arrival of the couple together, with their 2 children for the 11 am ceremony, which all went smoothly. Then onto a marquee at The Departure Lounge Cafe in Alton. The weather meant everyone was outside, lots of children playing. It was certainly a family friendly wedding and everyone had a lot of fun. The couple provided entertainment for the guests, like a coconut shy and crazy golf, hay bales, an ice cream van and hog roast for the meal. The speeches were fun, and the cake was amazing! The chocolate looking layer was actually Guinness flavour!
This wedding was full of natural photography, and I had plenty to keep my eye on! I took the couple away for about 20 minutes for some romantic couple shots. People gathered naturally in groups, or arranged them, at various times and in various places around the field and in the marquee.
This was finished off with a live band for the evening.
I was hired for 7 hours, and the couple had 350 finished photos
